Dean Care Online User Experience

Dean is one of the largest integrated health care systems in America, providing medical services through a network of clinics, health insurance services (Dean Health Plan - a J.D. Power and Associates award winning Health Plan Provider), and clinical research. So it is no surprise that this large undertaking would take some time and require a large group of talented people and resources to which I am proud to be a part of.

From creating new branding guidelines, logo redevelopment, shared voice and message, wireframe development, useability testing, content management, integrated application environments with internal and external vendors, Facebook fan page development …(and the list goes on)... all goals were achieved with the launching of the new deancare.com website.
